These terms govern your use of vipdesign.ae (the "Site") operated by [legal entity name], trading as VIP Design Luxury Automobiles, trade licence [trade licence no.], City Walk, Al Wasl, Dubai, UAE ("VIP Design", "we"). By using the Site you accept these terms. Any purchase, sale, sourcing or consignment of a vehicle is governed by a separate written agreement signed at the showroom, which prevails over these terms if they conflict.
1. The Site is an invitation to treat, not an offer
Vehicle listings, photographs, prices and specifications on the Site are provided for information only and are an invitation for you to make an enquiry. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed through the Site. All vehicles are subject to prior sale, and availability is confirmed only when we say so in writing.
2. Listing accuracy
We take care to describe every car accurately, using information from the manufacturer, the previous owner and our own inspection. However, mileage, year, specification, options, history and condition are given in good faith and should be verified by you before purchase — we encourage an inspection at the showroom or by an independent inspector. Photographs may show optional equipment, colours may render differently on screens, and "GCC" or "European" specification refers to the market the vehicle was originally built for.
3. Prices
Prices shown, where shown, are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT at the prevailing rate, RTA registration and transfer fees, insurance, testing, financing charges, export or shipping costs and any bank charges. "Price on request" means a price will be quoted on enquiry. Prices may change without notice until a written sale agreement is signed and a deposit is received.
4. Deposits, payment and delivery
A vehicle is reserved only on receipt of a deposit under a written reservation agreement, which sets out whether and when the deposit is refundable. Ownership passes on receipt of cleared funds in full and completion of the RTA transfer. Delivery dates are estimates. Financing is subject to the finance provider's approval and terms.
5. Sell-your-car valuations and sourcing requests
Any valuation we give in response to a Site form, call or message is an indicative estimate based on the information you supply and current market conditions. It is not an offer to buy and is subject to physical inspection, verification of ownership and documents, and confirmation that the vehicle is free of finance, liens and undisclosed damage. A binding offer is made only in writing after inspection. Sourcing requests are handled on a best-efforts basis and do not oblige us to locate or supply a vehicle.
6. Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate information in any form, to have the right to sell any vehicle you offer to us, to be at least 18 years old, and not to use the Site to scrape data, send spam, upload malicious files, or infringe anyone's rights.
7. Intellectual property
The VIP Design name and logo, the Site design, text, photographs and videos are owned by or licensed to VIP Design and are protected by UAE and international law. Manufacturer names, logos and model names (Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz, Brabus, McLaren, Porsche, Bentley and others) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the vehicles we sell; VIP Design is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer. You may not reproduce or reuse Site content without our written permission.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and other third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, VIP Design is not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on information in it, and our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to AED 1,000. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, or for fraud.
10. Privacy
Personal data you provide through the Site is handled under our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, and we will always try to resolve any complaint directly first — write to Info@vipdesign.ae.
12. Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
